Sushi
Definitely, the first thought that comes to the mind of every teenager when they think about Japan will be sushi. Sushi is a Japanese dish consists of cooked rice topped with other ingredients like fish or seafood. Some of sushi even consists of raw food and sashimi and these complements well with wasabi. As globalization takes place, more varieties of sushi are slowly coming up to meet the taste and preferences of people.
Anime
The popular trend among teenagers nowadays are Anime, which is a type of movie played with animated characters and the storyline and plot are usually from the same director as the manga. The youngsters demand more than just reading from comics and instead, they would prefer to see it “live” on the screen and this is how Anime came about.
Cosplay
Cosplay is an activity that is being developed due to the popularity of Anime and Mangas. It is a roadshow or exhibitions of people putting on make-up and acting like the characters of fictional comics. This is to showcase the different characters of different comics and to also display their interest for a particular character they adore in a fictional comic.
